Please ship any used and unused portions of the products with their original containers, plus your name and invoice or order number, via prepaid USPS:

If you paid by credit card, we will issue your refund to that card within 3 – 5 business days of receipt of your goods. If you paid by check, we will mail you a refund check within 7 - 10 business days of receipt of your goods.

* Full refund limited to orders of $200 or less. For larger orders there is a 25% restocking fee.

USA Overnight Shipping & Handling - Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours.

We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

All Express Mail, FedEx and UPS orders are waived from signature unless otherwise instructed via comments in your order form, by email or phone.
